Q: Does someone have to be home to receive the delivery?
A: Yes, someone must be home to receive the delivery (most orders contain items that need to be immediately refrigerated or placed in the freezer).
Q: Can I order alcohol and tobacco?
A: You may order alcohol, but someone 21 years of age or older must be home to receive the delivery.
Q: Will you take care to not buy bruised produce and expired items?
A: We shop for you just as we would for our own family – we always check sell by dates (and choose items with the longest shelf life), and we select only the best looking meat and produce.
Q: Where do you shop?
A: Groceries at your Door shops at SM Supermarket (San Lazaro), Savemore & Puregold (Dela Fuente).
Q: How specific do I have to be on my grocery list?
A: To be sure that we get your order correct and you are 100% satisfied, please be as specific as you can. If you do not have a brand preference, we will choose the best value & quality item for you.
Q: Will you substitute items that might not be available?
A: Yes, unless you specify otherwise. We will choose a similar quality and size item for you. If there is any question while shopping, we will contact you for confirmation.
